for either O2 sensors or CPS. Usually CPS fails between 75K and 150K, based on everyone I know who's had one fail. And they seem to have a "soft" failure mode. Won't restart when hot, then occasionally stall when hot, then totally dead. If you're worried, get a spare.
I assume you've updated the DICs. You might also get the software updated if you haven't done that already - if nothing else, you get diagnostics.
