AKA G05, or Mercedes coolant, uses an organic acid based inhibitor (similar to the inhibitor in Dexcool "orange stuff" only different) combined with an amount of silicate inhibitor (the stuff used in traditional "green stuff" coolant. It's the same inhibitor package as used in "blue stuff", aka G48, or Saab coolant, except there seems to be more silicate in it because in certain corrosion tests, the "coupon" (bit of metal being tested) actually gains some mass.
I think you're pretty safe switching from orange stuff to blue or yellow stuff, and vice versa.
