Do not use any anti-sieze on the hub face. There needs to be a certain level of friction between the hub and the inner face of the rim to prevent what just happened to you.
I did what you did (prompted by a couple of stuck rims) on my 94 9000 Aero and had the same results as you. After having a rim loosen for the third time, I removed and cleaned all the rims and hubs, lightly sanded the inner face of the rims and gave them a spray of clear-coat, then reinstalled. The only thing that can be lubed in the flange on the lug bolts, only if you have the bolts with the washer-type cone on them.
