Strange indicator light sequence following tune up.

I have a 2003 aero with some issues after replacement of cracked ignition module. Also had 60K service done with tuneup. Next morning when attempting to start the car, would not turn over like it used to. Then when did start, the EPS, ABS, Parking Brake and ! indicators were on. Turned the car off and on again and the lights cleared. Since this work, I have to overcrank the ignition to get the vehicle to start and to keep the indicator lights from coming on. Then, this evening, the check engine light came on. I was originally suspicious that the spark plugs may be the culprit...but now not so certain. At nearly $1,000 every time the car has an "issue," I am getting leary of even starting the car each day.
Any suggestions? Am taking to the dealer today for check engine evaluation, but have to say, I am really getting tired of engine warning lights at this point. Have had several sensors "go bad" since I bought the car (used) in February and the persistent intermittent rear light failure message...
Love my car, but rethinking this purchase.
