I would do the following -
1) READ THE CODE THAT IS STORED - THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS TELLING YOU A CODE IS STORED. It will give you a good indication what is wrong.
Disconnect and remove DI cassette (Ignition module). Make sure it's all dry underneath and in the connector.
Check all round where you were working for disconnected wiring or vacuum lines.
