Yes, definitely get the code read and take it from there.
For future reference, never use a pressure washer under the hood of your car!! Yes, under the hood is safe to get wet from water on the road splashing up into the engine bay, but as soon as you start blasting water into the nooks and crannies it's bound to get past some seals and mess with electrical stuff, like sensors, etc... I used some Simple Green, some old cloths, a toothbrush, a hand spray bottle, and a light garden hose where necessary and my engine bay looks very nice. It's a little more work but you don't have to worry about water getting where it shouldn't be...
