Thanks. It's coming from a small hole under a vacuum diaphram that operates the valve. I ordered a new one from euro, (not Saab, since the original went at only 44K!) then will possibly fix the old one and use it as a spare. You are right about all the info in this list. For example, I learned that FixMySaab has excellent pictures on how to replace it, found bobc's "what I carry" list, but nothing on how to fix the valve. Do you just plug the hole (there as a vent?) with epoxy? Won't that gum up the diagphram?
