does it happen at the frequency if the road wheels or at engine frequency?
worn inner drivers are usually low frequency, felt at lower speed under load, and is in time with the rotation of the road wheel. it goes away when you ease up on the gas. Its usually felt as a deep, whole car resonance.
but if it occurs in time with the engine RPM, like a skipping or a miss, it could be a number of things. Since yours seems to be at the higher RPM range, at higher speed, when fuel demand is high, a worn fuel pump comes to
mind.
have you checked the plugs, tested the IDM (DIC)?
