Help! Broken window saga...

Hi guys.
I haven't posted in a while because all has been well with the land rocket. This all came to a grinding halt Thursday night when someone broke my passanger front window and cleaned out my TomTom GPS. Called the police and filed a report on the spot. Called goldwing the next day and bought OEM glass for $85 shipped. Glass arrived and last night I spent 4 hours on it. I changed the rollers, put the new glass in but after I put all the panels back on it went back to grinding and making noises. I suspect more pieces of glass got stuck in the mechanism... my hands are cut up, I'm tired, I didn't sleep and I'm done with it. I picked up the phone this morning and called Geico to file a claim. I need a new seatbelt socket (glass inside, belt does not hold), I need the car vaccumed (glass in rails, between seats) and I need the door taken apart and glass installed correctly.
1MM Q: Will Geico reimburse me for the $85 glass I bought? Or should I tear the door open again remove the window and go to the adjuster without it. The police report says broken window and even Geico's lowball quote for non oem glass is higher than $85 so technically I'm saving them money by having sourced glass below market value.
Q: I opened that door a few times now, once for window guides, once for soundproofing and once for speakers, at this point I need a new membrane because i glued it back using sealant. Any idea as to how much a door memberane costs?
Thanks to whoever takes a minute to add their two cents!
