made my recent coolant drain/ refill more fun than I thought.
You must be an octopus with muscle to reach to it and twist it. For a human hand, no access from top or bottom unless removing some stuffs in the way. It would have been nice if the rad bottom bracket had open bolt holes so it can drop off to gain some access.
Anyway, after cursing and swearing on it, I lubed the plug and took a long flathead screwdriver and carefully tapped on the plug (close to the wing edge) with a mallet, and it did the trick. I was then worried how to shut it close, but tapping works both ways quite good. Just be very careful not to snap that plastic part.
