Here are the results:
Topic: Experiences resolving ABS failure symptoms (brake warning lights, audible alarm, sometimes accompanied by speedo failure)

This isn't scientific, but it's interesting. Of those instances reported,
24% Diagnosed with Tech2 - problem was controller module
14% Diagnosed with Tech2 - problem was wheel sensors
10% Diagnosed with Tech2 - problem was the pump or other
21% No Diagnosis - repaired or replaced controller - problem solved
7% No Diagnosis - repaired or replaced controller - problem not solved
24% Never experienced any of these symptoms
Among instances where ABS failure symptoms were experienced,
61% of time it was the controller that was the problem
41% of time it was not the controller that was the problem
Of those instances diagnosed with Tech2,
50% Showed the controller to have failed
50% Showed other ABS components to have failed
Of those who had the controller rebuilt without having been diagnosed,
75% of the time the rebuild resolved the problem
25% of the time, the symptoms were not resolved by the rebuild
