bridgestone blizzack WS-60, buy or not?

About to purchase new set of 4 winter tires and from reading reviews, it seems the Bridgestone Blizzacks WS-60 are the best for lots of ice and slippery hard packed frozen snow covering ice. I checks tirerack and discount tire for reviews. They are studless, but survey's say it works as well as studs. Please offer any advice, but keep in mind, I want no accidents!!! I'm willing to spend the high dollars to get my 9-5 Aero through the winter. Any other comments on this brand and type from those that have them? Thanks in advance!
