I just did my front brakes last weekend. The set screws came out pretty easily, but getting the rotors off the hub was another story. Even though I'd applied PB blaster, I still had to pound the backs of the rotors with a hammer for a few min to loosen them up because they were rusted to the hub. You'll definitely want to wear eye and ear protection if you do this!
