It's a little more complicated than resetting the wheel. The splined steering shaft has a keyway that allows only a single wheel mounting position (I only know this because in a fit of jealousy I installed the Aero wheel in my SE :)
An alignment shop can "clock" the steering wheel to center it. I had the dealer do this very thing to my SE at the 1000-mile service.
