Anything that's full synth and ICEA A3/B3 rated. Grade is not as important, although these engines like a little thicker than 30 since they run at high temps. In Socal the winter rating (the 5W 10W etc) is not significant since you don't actually get winter.
So, ICEA A3/B3 rated full synth XW-40 and 5k mile changes will keep your engine happy.
