I currently have 135,000 miles. I bought the car in 2003 with 30,000 miles on it. The service record when I bought it was decent (I don't remember the specifics of it, but it didn't throw up any red flags). I have always done 5,000 mile oil changes without fail since I've owned it. Originally Saab semi-synth was used, but for the past 3 years I have been using Castrol full synthetic. I very rarely drive short trips, and if I do drive somewhere without the car getting fully warmed up, later in that day the car would get a longer drive with a full warm up.
