I'm about to go down the road of attempting DIY replacing my 3 mounts and took a good visual on the torque rod mount and even the torgue arm mount. I see a lot of posts about replacing the torque rod mount (dog bone). why? and how can I tell? it's mostly a rod with some rubber bushings? mine doesnt look ripped up or torn. the rubber bushins appear mostly fine. I have big time engine vibration and getting worse (I4 at 125k miles) so I know I need the engine and tranny mounts. but how do I know if I need the torque rod too? might only be $60 more but it all adds up real fast. thanks!
