Even if it's not visually torn I think the rear lower mount is a big contributor to rough idle with high miles. I replaced all the motor mounts except that one in my 2001 V6 with 180k miles on it. The transmission mount under the battery was torn in two pieces, but it didn't make a difference in drivability whatsoever. The upper hydraulic mount did not make the difference in smoothness I was looking for, but it definitely made the cabin quieter under acceleration. The torque rod mount will not help your rough idle at all, but I guarantee you will feel a difference as soon as you mash your foot into the gas. Shifts were so smooth it felt like my car had a CVT compared to before replacing it.
Also, have you replaced your spark plugs lately? I hear they can really make the engine jitter if they're worn, but haven't had any miracle experiences of my own whenever I've replaced them.
