Did you fill up with gas shortly before this all started happening? I got a tank of gas last week and it did not agree with my '04 at all. It was running rough after startup and almost cutting out. I even got a misfire check engine light. Before you start getting worried about a head gasket, run a can of Techron with your next tank of gas. The white smoke might just be Trionic running the engine rich to keep it going...
