Lately I have had rough idle sometimes during warmup and slight trouble starting the last week or so.

Driving on the highway CEL came on and I used my scanguage2 to find the code right away. P0410. just shy of 99,800 on my CPO so ~200 miles left.

Question is, I think I can get it fixed this week at the dealer under warranty, and I would like to get my annual state inspection taken care of at the same time. When they fix and clear the code, can they emissions test right away or will it have to be driven a few cycles after that.

I am thinking of resetting the code myself with the scan guage, if so would they still be able to read it with Tech 2? If so I might do that so that I could be safe with the emissions test sooner.
