I'm pretty sure you would be taken care of. If there is a reported problem while under warranty and they can't make it right, they are still responsible to keep trying after your warranty ends. The throttle body is not involved with the SAI system, but the SAI system is there to warm up your catalytic converter faster, and if the cat isn't warmed up and the O2 sensor is sending weird info, that could be the reason for your stumbling. Otherwise, run a bottle of Techron with your next fill-up and I bet it will smooth right out. I can't tell you how many times Techron cleared up some hiccups on my '01 V6. Okay, maybe three or four, haha... But that's enough to convince me.
