Coolant Compatibility and Auto Trannie Drain

I just bought a 2005 9-5 Arc sedan and want to change all the fluids. The coolant is the orange stuff, which I think is what Saab uses. I, though, have been using blue Pentosin in my 9-3 and 99 and would like to keep everything consistent. Are the two compatible? Can I simply drain the orange stuff and put in the Pentosin, or do I need to do a really thorough flush? Also, is there a drain for the auto transmission fluid? How do I go about changing the fluid?
TIA
Roger
