You cannot mix different color coolants. If you want to use the blue Pentosin you are going to need to do a thorough flush of the cooling system.
There is a bolt on the bottom of the transmission to drain the ATF, and then you have to fill it through the dipstick with a funnel. Only about 1/3 of the fluid will come out so you have to replace the ATF three times to get an effective flush. You can buy a case of Toyota Type IV fluid from a Toyota dealer for about $68 out the door, opposed to the Saab fluid (same exact stuff) for about $250 for a case. This will get you through three flushes and have a little left over. Good luck!
