Ok, I bypassed the heater bypass valve completely...so that no hot coolant is entering the heater core. While this makes the cabin air much better, there is still the massive difference between the passenger side (nice and cold) and the drivers side and rear seat vents (essentially pushing out ambient temperature air).
I'm stumped. Do I need to pull the entire dash apart to figure this out?
Regards,
Greg Bender
