My 1999 has taken longer to start when down to about 1/3 tank for the 9 yrs I've owned it , it's apparently something that lets some of the fuel pressure diminish, but if I let the key sit in the on position for a few secs the pump builds the pressure, but i rarely bother as the cranking time extends to maybe 4 sec when tank is low.
It's a Saab - need I bring up the Q word .
