Are you using steel wheels with your snow tires or alloy? (I can't help you with the spoiler question.) I just bought a 2002 Linear wagon and my Saab dealer has 4 Saab wheels (3-spoke split, light-alloy) mounted with Gislaved Nordfrost tires for $1000. To all the Saab Netters....I'm trying to decide if it's a good deal; what do you think? Is it better to use steel wheels for winter due to the possibility of damage upon sliding into something? Are they stronger than alloy? Why would one material be better than the other? Thanks for the help!
