The oil pressure is probably not that far off since it seems that these engine doesn't have a perfect pressure to begin with due to oil pump design.
36-39 Psi is what they say for most 4 cyl engines at 2000 Rpm and the light comes on at around 7 psi.
I don't know what they mean with the PCV flow in ccm but they might use a different gauge. The one I use is measured in Kpa and with an unaltered PCV system I see around -0.4 Kpa and with the #6 PCV update I see about -0.7 Kpa at idle.
So for instance if I would use my gauge and it would register 0 Kpa, it would mean that that something is not quite right with the PCV system.
Just for info, pinching off the the vacuum hose to throttle body will make the gauge show +0.3 Kpa with #6 update.
So if any hoses are rotted or broken, it could be enough.
Dropping the pan and clean would be around $300.00 and then another $120.00 to $180.00 for the PCV update depending on how many hoses are needed.
