Er...just one more oil leak from the head and timing?

Dear clever and patient and helpful people, I have read all the million posts about this, but i still need help...
I have just purchased a 2004 9-5 lin wagon B235E. It came complete with installed oil leak. I could have returned it, but i have bonded with the car and I can't let go. (Love is blind)
I have searched for hours with and inspection camera, mirror, cellphone camera and finger and I still can't find a real source. The leak I have traced visually and by the highly technical process of stuffing bits of paper towel under the intake man and behind the alternator. There's a flood by the time it reaches the alternator, and a little somewhere at either cyl1 or cyl2 head gasket. The oil separator has been recently changed, I was told it was cracked and was the source of the leak. (Ha ha!). Anyway the box itself seems intact and new; there was oil all over a quick connect but that seems to be coming from above, not the connector. I don't see evidence of oil around the cam chain tensioner.
So, my questions are...
(i) is there a way to find out where the head is really leaking, like can you ever see it with a mirror or a spy cam? Its like 2 tsp per day.
(ii) have i missed a something to inspect for leak, somewhere between head and alternator?
(iii) and it is an option to do retightening on a 2004?
(iv) and anyone got real experience with any super-duper cure all leak sealant on a head / timing /block leak?
thanks much for any wisdom...
chris
