Flickering Xenon problem solved

There have been posts here describing flickering Xenon lights. This is not caused by the leveling mechanism as some suggested but rather it is a result of a bad ground.
I had both lights flickering, especially at idle, sometimes they would both cut out for a fraction of a second if I hit a road bump. Turns out my main ground (battery --> transmission casing) was broken off. The ring connector broke off and the wire was loose, just barely touching the tranny casing... at idle the vibrations caused it to loose connection and the lights would flicker.
Since I fixed the ground the flickering has completely subsided. Cabin lights also stopped flickering and idle is smoother.
The negative battery cable splits off into two connections 1) chassis above windshield wiper fluid reservoir and 2) front of transmission housing center of car behind front fans.
