The 9-5s have few problems with their Turbo's.
(If you wana have turbo problems get a A6 2.7T)
If there are any they will show up under warranty
which is rarely the case.
If the Turbo is average on a SAAB 9-5 it will last
100'000 miles or more.
The 4CYL engine is a very stong design, the 6CYL originates
from a GM/Vauxhaul design and has been adapted by SAAB.
Both engines are fine!
If you have the money get a 9-5 AERO AUTO or Manual.
The new 5spd AUTO is great, the Manual is for those
of us that prefer total control on the gears.
In any case drive a few and make your pick!
One thing you should know however, ALL SAABs
work best using PREMIUM Fuel!
Regards,
Coolknight
