That is the reason street lighting a yellow/brown; it cuts through the fog/rain/snow and not blind the driver. I have never been a fan of Zenon lights because of this. I drove my father-in-laws '07 Acura TL-S back from Maimi to Chicago last fall through hours of rain. I could not believe how bad the zenon lights were in the rain/fog of Tenn mountains. Down right dangerous! I purposely looked for an ARC without zenon lights when car shopping this year.
