Thanks for the suggestions.
I took each caliper off and filed all the pad contact points smooth, they were really rusted, I assume from sitting.
I greased all the slides again as well as the pad contact points, and put it all back together, rebled all four calipers again, and took it for a test drive, the car now stops a lot better than before, and I think it will improve as the pads wear in.
I can now do a brake job in 10 minutes per corner!
