I would replace the tensioner, and both idler pulleys along with the belt. the pulley are "permanently lubricated" which means the bearings are sealed to hold the grease in. When the grease finally breaks down of dries/leaks out, the bearing gets very hot and can melt the plastic pulley. That is a mess and you are stranded.
Changing the biggest [passenger side ] mount is easy when doing the pulleys.
Look into the aluminum Wazee pulleys. They are beatutiful and have replaceable bearings. Google Wazee. Cost same as Saab plastic ones.
