Just went through this with exactly the same year wagon. There are two keys available. One with a built-in remote head and one without a remote, but with a transmitter for the starter switch. The key without the remote costs about $80. The key with the remote head costs about $180, complete. (At least those were the prices I was quoted. The remote head can be purchased on eBay as part of a used key, or at (e.g.) eEuroparts for about $114. If you go this route, you will still have to have a key blank cut for the remote and have the key programmed to the car. Some dealers/independents will program for little to nothing while others charge $50 - $85, depending on the dealer and their mood/pricing schedule.
