Hella should be fine. It's the Chinese knock-off bulbs to stay away from. I don't have the Xenon lights in my '04 Aero so I don't really have experience replacing them. You will need to remove the MAF and removing the battery makes driver side access MUCH easier. I would highly recommend replacing both at the same time. I see 9-5's all the time with Xenon's and one old bulb and they look incredibly doofy.
Xenon bulbs tend to die slowly, flickering a bit, so they give plenty of warning that they need to be replaced. I currently have a dead foglight and can't find H8's anywhere either! I went to the dealership and they wanted $29 PER bulb! Advance Auto Parts has had one H8 on the shelf for the past eternity. I keep going back to see if they've restocked and it's the same damn ONE bulb on the shelf. I want to replace them at the same time so they're the same color/intensity, and this one is $15. eEuroparts has them for $10/per. I'm waiting to need something at eEuro so I can add them in and get free shipping. Good luck!
