I would consider replacing the serpentine belt and all three pulleys at this time, instead of waiting for 60K miles.

The odds are probably pretty good that you would make it to 60K miles uneventfully. However, if you wait and the belt and or a pulley fails it will happen at an inconvenient time and place. Because the belt drives the water pump you'll have to be towed; the repair will be done when your options may be very limited and will likely cost more. When the belt or a pulley fails the alternator light will come on and power steering will fail at the same time. Within minutes the engine will overheat because the water pump has stopped...if you keep trying to drive, damage to the engine may result due to overheating.

Coincidentally, my wife has a 2004 9-5 ARC. It was manufactured with the long serpentine belt and the middle idler pulley. Saab recommends that cars manufactured with a long belt and a middle pulley be maintained that way; don't be talked into the short belt. Much has been written on this BB regarding vibration that occurs when a long belt is replaced with a short one; some guys have even gone back to the long belt to address the vibration problem.

When you have the work done, replace all three pulleys; this is not the place to cut corners; most of the bill will be labor, not parts.

Expect 1-2 hours of labor plus parts. If you have a trusted indy, use him. A dealer will find a way to run the bill up another $200-$300. All in, at an indy, you're likely looking at $300-$400. I've always done my own so hopefully, others will provide real world cost estimates.
