A lot depends on what you want/need in a car.
The BMW is a nice ride, but a bit on the boring side performance wise. It feels like it has less zip than my old 9-3 SE. The 330 is about the same as the 9-3, while the Aero is simply in a different league. The BMW without sport package probably has a little softer ride but the same level of handling as the Aero. It is a considerably SMALLER car than the Aero (something that's nice if you're living in a city, for example). The Aero (with snow tires) is great in the winter, the BMW isn't. The BMW theoretically has some extra prestige value (although I know a lot of people look down at the 3 as the "poor man's Bimmer").
I wouldn't touch the TL-S. I have a friend who owns one--boring, boring car.
Can't speak to the G35. Haven't driven one. The outside looks good (not as nice as my Aero, though!) but the interior lacks IMHO.
The value you get from the Aero is unmatched.
At the end of the day, PLEASE drive all three cars. I'm confident that if you drive 'em, you'll make the right choice!
