Go to an industrial park or some empty area on the week end or evening.. do 4-5 stops from at least 50 mph down to about 5 mph.. use aggressive braking. Do the stops with the windows down.. until you smell a burning plastic smell. Try not to come to a complete stop... and after you have got the brakes this hot, drive around for about 5-10 minutes to let them cool.. leave overnight and see if it help. This will put a layer of brake material on the rotors and burn of any glaze on the pads.
