I bet it is not the shark fin, even though it looks like it would leak because it doesn't touch the roof. I thought my shark fin was leaking, but it turned out to be the high mount brake light. I did some research on here and it is pretty common to have these leak on the wagons. You can GENTLY tighten them from the inside after removing the trim on the top of the hatch. Make sure the rubber seal is positioned correctly and not dried out and torn. Tighten the 3 screws, each just a little at a time and be gentle, you just need to snug it up enough to seal. Don't over tighten or you will break the lens and need a new one. Like Les says, the 3d gel emblems on ebay look great and last a long time.
