So thank you for enlitening me about all this! Last Q if I may? To summerize, mechanic charging me $90 for the CPS part, but no labour charges since it didn't fix the no start condition. And if you are saying that my mechanic is charging say another $90 for the fuel pump insert for the part alone... And the total is alittle over $600 including tax, part and labour, where is the other approximately $400 comming from? As I mentioned, hourly rate is $100/hour for labour. Are we saying it took almost 4 hours to take out the old one and install the new fuel pump insert??? They might be charging me alittle diagnostic time, I understand of course, but really almost 4 hours for the fuel pump insert to be delt with? Thank you again, sorry to eat up folks time with this Q, but it's not financially making sense to me...
