$4K seems high - did you run an Edmunds appraisal?

Sorry to be the dissenting voice here. I won't dissent on the color (rare and beautiful) or it being an Aero. However, I would not pay top or even average dollar for that many miles. Too many other nickel and dime components have high chance of failing or needing replacement/rebuild; e.g., brake booster, suspension, ABS unit, SID, A/C, engine mounts, shocks/struts, neutral safety switch, etc. And, are the wheels straight and how many miles left on the tires? New rubber costs at least $600.
I bought a 97K mile 2001 Aero a few years ago for under the Edmunds' price and have essentially re-purchased the vehicle from the cost of repairs and parts and I only use indie for labor that I can't do. I'm not complaining because the car has been pure joy, has given us 80K miles of excellent service, and now is a safe ride for my daughter. But all of that comes at a price.
If I were you I would still want to buy it for the color and the refreshed engine but not at that price.
