A code of P1925 means there is no communicaiton between the ABS module and the ECU module. The most common cause for this is a broken wire, thinner than a human hair, in the ABS controller. I sent my controller to bba-reman to be rebuilt/repaired when I had this problem, less than a $200 repair. This code would match with your description of an entire christmas tree worth of warning lights on the dash too.
I have no idea on the stated code of C0551. Is this one really a P code too? Or is the C0551 nomenclature accurate? A on-line listing of fault codes says this means "ECU not programmed" and that the cause rresides in the ABS controller.
I suggest bba-reman or another auto electronics specialty repair company.
