Anders is right about the Purge valve. Your other codes are a bigger deal. The DIC you borrow won't fix those. You will fry your cat if you don't fix the misfires.
Let's look at the facts. P0455 means the ECM can't see a vacuum in the gas tank when the purge valve is supposed to be open and the charcoal cannister is supposed to be closed. A stuck closed purge valve will do this.
P1301 is specific to cylider #1. P1181 is a lean code. P0300 is a random misfire not attributable to a specific cylinder.
Dude, you have a vacuum leak. I will suggest that the vacuum leak is in the purge valve curcuit. For instance, if the purge line were not connected to the charcoal cannister on top of the fuel tank, you would get these codes. The P1301 is the spoiler because it is specific to cylinder #1. I could smoke your car in 5 minutes and find the problem. Too bad my company charges too much.
