turn signal question

I just picked up a third saab for my fleet, a 2000 wagon with an automatic. The body and the interior are really nice. The dash was lit like a christmas tree, so I removed the abs module and sent it to bba to be rebuilt. There is an interesting problem with the turn signals that I am trying to solve. When I test drove it, I noticed that the indicator on the left side was blinking too fast. I got out of the car and saw that the rear left bulb was not blinking. Figured (incorrectly, of course) that it was just the bulb. Anyway, I bought the car, pulled off the taillight assembly only to find that there was no bulb in there at all. Put one in, and now the left side works perfectly. Unfortunately, the right side turn signal is now lit whenever the car is running. I looked under the hood to check the turn signal relay, but couldn't find it in the relay box. Question 1, where is the relay? Question 2, what else could be the problem? Thanks to all.
