No perfect way to tell, because most dealers trade cars with other dealers within a reasonable distance to get you the car you wanted. If the other dealer is within a few hundred miles, they will usually send an employee to trade the cars, so they each get the one way mileage between dealerships. It's not really a valid assumption that the aero has been thrashed hard with a cold engine, and is therefore a riskier bet than an Arc or Linear. You know, these are not Formula One engines, they are designed to take a certain amount of "abuse" without it really making a big difference in the overall life of the engine or drive train. Most dealers who would send an employee to do the swap on a car in this class would not be sending a 20 year old pimple pickin hot rodder to do this. They usually have a part time "retiree" who does these kind of swaps on a regular basis.
Lighten up. If a car has 200 miles on it,it's fine as long as it has not been put on a quarter of a mile at a time!
