Another Cell Phone - OnStar integration question

I really appreciate the wealth of info I have learned from everyone out there. However, I have yet to see where anyone has pulled off what I want to do. As a saaber who wants everything perfect, here is what I want to do:
I have done a lot of searching and can not find any information about what I want to do:
Vehicle: Saab 2001 9-5 Wagon, with factory OnStar
Phone: Nokia 3360 (Jim Uhl has already confirmed with nokia that the full car kit for this model will work with the Triad. However, i want to go fully hands free, which is where cellport enters the picture).
I want the same functionality of OnStar (voice activated dialing, auto radio mute for incoming calls, use car's stereo speakers, volume control from steering wheel, etc) except I want to use my trusty Nokia 3360 (not pay high OnStar rates). Plus...here's the kicker....I would like to be able to generate tones (by voice) during a call (same as pressing a key to access voicemail, etc.).
Has anyone pulled this off???
Thanks.
