The oil in the spark plug wells is of concern and has been covered in other posts on the forum. Search "oil in spark plug well". Probably leaky valve cover gasket.
Those timing belt pullyes are SHOT. If you don't change these you will experience rapid death of your engine soon in the future. While in there... consider changing the water pump and oil pressure sending switch. Also Serpentine belt and tensioner.
