Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF is specifically stated by Mobil to be compatible with conventional fluids and be be suitable for use in transmissions using Toyota T-IV (aka 3309). Since Mobil is by extension the creator of T-IV (it was developed originally by Esso) and supplier of 3309 (the scientific name for T-IV), I would be inclined to take their word for it. I would not, however, use "Joe's Synthetic works in everything".
