John. I will try the voltage checks tonight. been so busy all weekend couldn't do anything. is the PIN diagram in the WIS?
so, the LF is definitely the speedo feed? the front sensors look super easy to replace. rears are entire bearings integrated it appears.
I am also debating whether to just order a new front sensor ($65) and give it a shot. do I need to order anything along with the sensor? can try out on each side. I got no one near me with a Tech2 that I know of except for remaining PalmBeach dealer and I do not trust them to care enough. I KNOW they will say module $3500 and bill me $150 diag fee. I may call a guy with one that's about 40 miles north of me and see if he's charge me a minimal fee to check it.
the car being "cold" definitely impacts the amount of time before it drops out. easy enough to get it to act up. it's every time I drive it now.
the OBDII code was: P0502 Veh Speed Sensor A Circuit Low Input
I was wondering if this might have meant circuit "A" or "a circuit" being if circuit "A" might point to LF.
John, thanks for hanging in there with me on this! I'm hoping it's justt he sensor.
