I installed a full 3" system including new full flow magnaflow cat and new O2 sensors. About 1,500 miles later I started getting the PO420 code. After a bunch of research, in my case at least, it is the cat (I doubt your MAF is throwing that code). I've read that it's quite common with the full flow cats as the cat is flowing too quickly for the sensor to accurately read the stream. I just ordered a slightly longer/bigger cat that Jak Stoll mentioned he has used with excellent results. Another option is to grind down the bung a tad to get the O2 sensor deeper in the stream.
